In 1973 we manufactured and installed our first Gantry, beginning a long lasting association with gantry manufacturing, which has seen Nusteel Structures become one of the top Gantry manufactures in the United Kingdom.

Over the years we have developed a close working relationship with Gifford Consulting and many of our Portal Gantries are Gifford Gantries, based on designs developed between the two companies.

As well as the more common Portal Gantry we have also developed systems to produce Variable Message Sign Cantilever Gantries (VMS's) and recently have been working with Gifford to create lightweight versions of both types of Gantry, resulting in the MS4 'Bendy Pole' Cantilever and the ATM (Triangular, no access) Gantries.
