Tithebarne Lane Foot/Cyclebridge

A60 metre top-tied Warren truss bridge required to enable the adjacent existing road bridge to be widened for road users. We were contracted to design, manufacture, deliver and install the structure. Due to the overall size of the truss, the bridge was transported to site in 4 sections, spliced together and transported the short distance adjacent to the final location. A 1000te crane was used to lift the complete structure in place during a planned night time road closure.
