We invest heavily in the younger generation, so it’s good to see our apprentices being involved in all aspects of fabrication within our workshops, working on footbridges, beams and sign gantries. 1 to 1 mentoring by experienced, skilled and suitably qualified time served personnel is given to each apprentice to ensure the magic art of bridge building is passed down.
Each year we employ apprentices in the Fabrication, Design and Commercial departments. As an SME this new lifeblood is essential for business sustainability and provides the skills needed for future bridge building in the UK.
